Firm Setups
| Firm | name of the firm |
| Description | A more detailed name of the firm |
| Enabled | Must be checked off to make the firm active ( Optional ) |
| Brand Name | Enter if there is a Brand name for the firm ( Optional ) |
| Alias | An alias name for he firm ( Optional ) |
| Statements | Check the box if this firm receives a statement from CTS |
| Salesman | The salesman for the firm |
| Has Live/Sim firm | Check if firm has both a live and sim environment |
| Home page Message | Type a message here that will be displayed on the firms homepage |
| Max clip size | The maximum clip size that an admin within this child firm can set on an account or account contract |
| Max position | The maximum position that an admin within this child firm can set on an account or account contract. Leave blank for no restriction |
| Editable Margins | Whether the child firm admin can edit any margin values such as account margin %, contract margin rates |
| Risk management Enabled | Whether firm level margining can prevent order submission on child firm accounts |
| Omnibus Account | The back office omnibus account number to import the Net Liquidating Balance from for this child firm as a whole |
| Net Liquidating Balance | This should include any P&L for existing overnight positions |
| Alert Emails | Comma seperated list of email addresses to send alerts for accounts in this firm to |
| Alert Repeat Delay | The minimum time in minutes between successive alerts being raised for a single account |
| Expire Exchange Access | Expire account access to exchanges that only allow limited time access |

The parent administrator can choose which exchanges the child firm needs access to trade. This is another layer of risk management that allows the parent to restrict access to the exchanges or product sections of an exchange.
